1. How do I set up an account to sell Sealed with a Kiss Designs clothing in my boutique?
First, register for an account on our website: https://www.swakdesigns.com/createaccount.aspx?checkout=False
Then, send us an email (wholesale@swakdesigns.com) letting us know the account you set-up so that we can then go back into the system to set you up for wholesale level pricing.  If your store is in the state of California please fax us your resale certificate to 818-888-3824. After we have done that we will send you an email letting you know that you are good to go. 

2. What is the minmum order?
Minimum order is $250 USD.

3. Do you drop ship?
Sorry, we do not offer drop shipping at this time, but it is in the works.

4. How do I get a catalog?

5. What size ranges do you carry?
We mainly carry sizes 1x to 6x.

6. Is my personal information secure?

7. I would like to be a model for SWAKdesigns. How can I make this happen?
We appreciate your interest in becoming a SWAKdesigns model. For legal reasons, however, we are limited to hiring our models through agencies. If you are serious about pursuing a career in modeling, it would be in your best interest to try to sign with a national agency.


8. How can I return or exchange an item?
Iffor any reason you are not fully satisfied, SWAKdesigns will gladlyaccept returns and exchanges with the original invoice and tagsattached for up to 15 days for full refund (30 days for merchandisecredit) from the date you receive it for any of our Standard items. Sale merchandise and accessories are not returnable or exchangeable.

Forreturns, please contact us at support@swakdesigns.com for an RMAnumber. When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacementitem, including the style, color, and size. Packages must be shippedpre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For exchanges, SWAKdesigns will pay outbound shippingcharges for the replacement items.

Refunds and exchanges areprocessed within 30 days of when item(s) are received. Refunds aregiven for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits forreturned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original creditcard only. Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear onyour statement.
