USA Customers:

Need to Return Something?  Follow these easy steps:

To start a domestic return, please log into your online account and follow the simple instructions to create your free USPS return label.

If you checked out as a guest, you must register in order to create you free return label.  Should you NOT wish to create an account, you can simply send back your package any way you choose.

Once logged into your account, click the drop down menu where your name is located and select "My Orders." Then, click the "Start Return" button next to the order you wish to return and the rest is easy!

Standard Items:  

Sealed With a Kiss Designs will gladly accept unwashed and unworn merchandise for return by mail. Items must be returned in original condition and have all tags and labels attached.  Items must be in new condition ONLY and be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered and fragrance-free.

International customers will be responsible for their return shipping costs.

Please note, if Return requirements are not met, items will be returned to you and no refund/store credit will be given.

- To receive a full refund, the return must be postmarked up to 45 days from date of receipt.
- Items returned past the 45 day Return Policy are eligible for merchandise credit only.

After we receive your return, it can take up to 30 business days to process your return. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note:  Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

We Do Not Offer Exchanges within Our Company.

Sale Merchandise:
Store credit will be given on returned sale items that are unwashed and unworn. After 45 days, no credit will be given. No cash refunds will be given; only store credit (does not include shipping charges).

All sales for Clearance merchandise are FINAL sale only.

All Special Sales (including Holidays and Limited Promotions) Merchandise:
Store credit will be given only if returned within 45 days. After 45 days, no credit will be given. No cash refunds will be given for special sale merchandise; only store credit (does not include shipping charges).  All sales for Clearance merchandise are FINAL sale only.

Accessories, Scarves, and Belts:
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Accessories, Scarves, or Belts. All sales are FINAL.

Policy on Promotionally Priced Items:
Sealed With a Kiss Designs reserves the right to put items on sale or reduce pricing at any time. Promotional prices are good only during the time of the actual promotional period. Please be reminded that Sealed With a Kiss Designs does not issue price adjustments on items when these items are later put on promotion or have had the price reduced.

International Customers:

To start an International return, simply follow the return instructions located on the back of your invoice. If you no longer have your invoice, it’s not a problem.  Simply bag your return, write the website order ID on the package and send it back to:
